Our Policies

At Salon DUO & Co., we strive to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest. Here you will find the important details regarding salon procedures to ensure clarity as well as guidelines to help us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. We kindly ask that you review our policies before your visit to ensure we can provide the best possible service.

Consultation 

Each service begins with an in-depth consultation, ensuring we understand your needs and expectations. We encourage you to share any concerns, or allergies with us so we can tailor your experience. Your stylist will walk you through the process, recommend products, and discuss maintenance. For color changes or corrections, we will provide estimates on time and cost, but please be aware that some results may require multiple visits.

Payment

At Salon Duo and Company, we accept all major credit cards, cash, and Apple Pay.

Please note, a processing fee will apply to all card transactions. We do not accept checks.

Guest Safety

For the safety of our guests and team, only individuals receiving services are allowed on the studio floor. Accompanying guests are welcome to relax in the waiting area. Additionally, children are not permitted in the service area and must remain supervised by an adult in the waiting area at all times.

Cell Phone &
Electronic Devices

To maintain a relaxing environment for all our guests, we kindly ask that phones and other electronic devices be silenced or set to vibrate. Please refrain from using two-way communication devices during your service. Headphones and adapters are available in-salon upon request.

Cancellations

If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your appointment may need to be rescheduled. We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to serve another guest. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a no-show fee of 100% of the appointment value.

Returns & Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange or provide in-store credit to an account for any unused product purchased at our salon. Please note, promotional pricing cannot be extended to exchanged products.

Allergy & Sensitivities

At Salon DUO & Co., we prioritize the safety and comfort of all our guests. If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions, please inform us prior to your appointment. This includes sensitivities to certain products, fragrances, or ingredients used in hair color, treatments, or styling products. If you have a history of allergies or skin reactions, please consult your doctor prior to your visit.

Miscellaneous 

Salon Duo and Company will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings.

*Salon DUO & Co. is not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or other adverse effects that may occur during or after your visit. This includes, but is not limited to, reactions to hair color, chemical treatments, or products used during services.
